Why are we getting Authorize App Error when trying to generate documents in Docs Made Easy?

All new non-admin users, starting to use Docs Made Easy needs to click on the ‘Authorize App’ button. After clicking, a new window appears for permissions, and there is an ‘Allow’ button at the bottom. Only after creating permission sets and allowing them,  new users will be able to use Docs Made Easy.

Note: Users must log in with their own credentials to authorize the app; Admins cannot authorize it on their behalf.

If the issue still persists, ensure that the user has been assigned the appropriate Docs Made Easy license.
