Parameter Description : The Lower Case parameter in Docs Made Easy allows you to automatically convert the output of a Salesforce merge field to lowercase within your generated document. This is particularly useful when formatting requirements call for standardized lowercase text in fields such as email addresses, codes, or identifiers.

Example -

SYNTAX	{{FieldName \* lower}}
VALUES	{{Account.Name \* lower}} ACME Corporation (As Stored in Salesforce)
OUTPUT	After merging, appears as: acme corporation
