Parameter Requirements : Child Relationship Object

Parameter Description : The Table Hide parameter in the Docs Made Easy app is used to automatically hide a table from the generated Word document when there are no related records available. This ensures that empty tables do not appear in the final output.

SYNTAX FORMAT

{{TableHide:Account.r.Contacts }}
{{TableStart:Account.r.Contacts}} {{FirstName}}	{{LastName}}	{{Department}}	{{Phone}} {{TableEnd:Account.r.Contacts}}

After merging, appears as:

WITHOUT TABLEHIDE

WITH TABLEHIDE

The TableHide functionality can also be enabled directly from the Relationships configuration under the Gather Data section. When enabled, the related table will be automatically hidden in the output document if no child records are found for the specified relationship.
