Parameter Description : The Field Update parameter in the Docs Made Easy app allows you to dynamically update one or more fields on a Salesforce record at the time of document generation. This is particularly useful for automating post-merge record updates, such as marking a record as processed, changing a status, or tagging it with a generated document version.

SYNTAX FORMAT

STNTAX	SALESFORCE FIELD	AFTER DOCUMENT GENERATION
fieldupdate1 = Status fieldvalue1 = Approved	Not Approved	Approved

Note:

Once a field is updated using the fieldvalue and fieldupdate parameters, the change is permanent and will not revert even if the parameter is removed in future runs.
