Docs Made Easy Pro Release Notes: v1.9.0

This release introduces major enhancements focused on document automation, deployment flexibility, high-volume 

processing, integration capabilities, and expanded template support within Salesforce.




Major Enhancements


1. Document Solution Migration

Seamlessly migrate your document templates, configurations, and settings across Salesforce environments (e.g., from Sandbox to Production). This ensures a smooth deployment process and consistency across orgs.


2. Quick Document Merge

Use Quick Document Merge to generate documents instantly with just a few clicks without any advanced setup required. Ideal for users who need fast results on the go.

You can select Solution Button.

Select Templates.

Generate Documents or Emails directly from the Quick Merge wizard from the layout.


3. Flows

Salesforce Flow feature allows you to generate documents and send emails to automate the whole process.


4. Document Collection

It enables you to group multiple documents together into a single, organized package. Whether it’s a contract bundle, onboarding kit, or project file set, Document Collection keeps everything neatly consolidated for easier distribution.

You can group Document Solutions and launch them directly through the Lightning component.

You can edit the Recipients, Subject and Body of the email templates before sending them.

Generate documents from any of your selected solutions.


5. Outbound Message

This feature helps to send record data along with document details or a document URL to an external system when triggered by a flow or approval process.


6. Expanded Template & Output Support

The Pro version now supports multiple formats as both input templates and output documents.

Users can:

Use PPT, Excel and PDF Form files as input templates


Generate output documents in PPTX, Xlsx and PDF Form formats

This enhances professional document delivery options.


7.  Document Bulk Merge

Easily generate and merge documents for multiple records at once. Perfect for high-volume use cases such as invoices, purchase orders, or contracts, saving time and reducing repetitive manual effort.

You can Bulk Merge documents by clicking a button. 

Schedule Batch to run in the future.

Delete history automatically.
